  • Reserve My Seat: To secure your spot, a 10% deposit is required upfront, with the remainder due on-site before class starts.

Refund Policy 

Non-Refundable Courses: All courses offered by Optimized Academy are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and paid for a course, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you complete the course or not. Please ensure you thoroughly review the course details and confirm your availability before enrolling. 

 

Cancellation 

  • Cancellation by You: If you cancel your enrolment, you will not be entitled to a refund due to our non-refundable policy. 

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course. 

 

Course Materials and Access 

  • Materials: All course materials are provided for your personal use only. You must not distribute or share these materials without our prior written consent. 

  • Access: Online course access is granted for a specified duration. 

 

Intellectual Property 

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the courses remain the property of Optimized Academy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
